Installation Guide:

To set up mdhub's Zoom app, follow these below steps within your Zoom app:

  1. Select "More" and click "Apps"
  2. Select  "Add Apps"
  3. Search for "mdhub" and select "Get"
  4. Once installed, mdhub's Zoom app will be accessible under My Apps.

How to Use

  1. Start your Zoom meeting.
  2. In the bottom toolbar on Zoom, select "Apps".
  3. Select the mdhub app.
  4. Log-in, using your mdhub credentials.
  5. Search for your patient and navigate into the profile.
  6. Press "Start Recording".
  7. Zoom will notify you and your patient that the recording is in progress.
  8. To end and upload, press "Stop Recording" or simply end the call.

Following the meeting's conclusion, AI-generated insights will be available through mdhub's web portal.

IMPORTANT:

  • Before starting a new mdhub session recording, you need to end your Zoom meeting.
  • Please ensure cloud recording is enabled in your Zoom settings.
  • Please note that Zoom requires processing time for recordings, typically 30 to 60 minutes depending on session duration. You can still conduct new sessions while awaiting processing of previous recordings.
